Hola Mohalla is a vibrant festival unique to Punjab, celebrating gallantry, warriors, bravery, victory, glory, and fearlessness. The word ‘Hola’ is a masculine form of the feminine word ‘Holi,’ and the festival extends over three days, with attendees often staying around a week in the city of Anandpur Sahib, renowned for its Hola Mohalla festivities. The event includes martial art acts, langar meals, Kirtan performances, camping, military processions, and more, with the name Hola Mohalla translating to a mock fight. Visitors can also explore the Virasat-e-Khalsa Museum while in the city. This year, Hola Mohalla will be celebrated from March 25-27, 2024 in Anandpur Sahib, offering a unique and unforgettable experience.
