A splash of colours, rhythm of drum beats and joie de-vivre merge at Surajkund during the first fortnight of February. This is the acclaimed annual Surajkund International Crafts Mela, a celebration of Indian folk traditions and cultural heritage. More than a million visitors come to the fare each year to witness the work of artisans and craftsmen for across India and the SAARC nations.
