After a three-year hiatus, Purana Qila is set to dazzle visitors with a new light and sound show. The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) conducted trial runs at the ASI-protected heritage site, with a final run slated before the show’s official opening. This project, managed by the India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) in collaboration with ASI, promises an immersive experience in seven different languages. While a final trial is pending, preparations are on track for completion ahead of the G20 Summit in September. Expect improved technology and enhanced visitor amenities at the 16th-century fort complex.
