Air India is set to launch direct flight operations on the Delhi-Zurich route starting June 16. This move marks the airline’s entry into Switzerland, adding to its European network of seven cities. The service will operate four days a week—Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays—using two-class configured Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft. The flight, AI151, will depart from Delhi at 14:05 and arrive at Zurich Airport at 19:15. The return flight, AI152, will depart from Zurich at 20:50 and arrive in Delhi the next day at 08:05. Campbell Wilson, Chief Executive Officer of Air India, highlighted the route’s importance in strengthening ties between India and Switzerland, catering to the demand for business and leisure travel.
