The World’s 50 Best praised Masque as “arguably India’s most forward-thinking restaurant,” known for its 10-course tasting menu highlighting local ingredients in a stylish setting. Indian Accent, helmed by Chef Manish Mehrotra, had been India’s top restaurant for seven years. The World’s 50 Best described it as a place that “continues to raise the bar of Indian contemporary cuisine,” with inventive tasting menus that offer unique takes on Indian classics.
