In a recent announcement by Taste Atlas, a Croatia-based travel guide for traditional food, three Indian restaurants secured spots in the world’s top 10 legendary eateries. Paragon in Kozhikode, Kerala, renowned for its biryani, claimed the 5th position, celebrated for its mastery of traditional Malabar cuisine. Lucknow’s Tunday Kababi, recognized for its mouth-melting galouti kebabs, secured the 6th spot, hailed as a jewel in Lucknow’s culinary scene. Peter Cat in Kolkata, famed since 1975 for its chelow kebabs, proudly held the 10th rank. These restaurants are deemed more than just places to eat; they are destinations comparable to renowned museums and monuments.
