The forest in the Kaimur district of Bihar, which includes the Kaimur Wildlife Sanctuary, has been identified as a possible site for the state’s second tiger reserve, after the Valmiki Tiger Reserve (VTR).
According to officials, the development would take time as work is expected on “habitat improvement” and “safety and security for tigers in Kaimur”.
