We are honored to have been awarded as India’s “The Best Inbound Operator” at the first Travel and Tourism Excellence Awards organised by the national commerce body FICCI. The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is an association of business organisations in India. Established in 1927, on the advice of Mahatma Gandhi, it is the largest, oldest and the most important chamber of industry in India that covers all sectors of the Indian economy.
These awards were established by FICCI to further the cause of the Travel & Tourism Industry. The Awards have been conceptualized with an aim to recognize States, Organizations and individuals for their contributions to the Travel & Tourism industry of India and also to encourage Innovation & Entrepreneurship in the space of Travel & Tourism.
We were nominated for this honor along with some of the other leading companies and competitors in the country. An independent jury vetted all nominees in a process led and audited by Ernst & Young (E&Y), one of the world’s largest multinational accounting & professional services firms. It is truly an honour to have won in this rigid process.
The award was received by Dimple Singh, our Chief Operating Officer and Lalit Bhatt, Vice President of Destination Design on behalf of the whole Creative Family in a hall packed with industry leaders from across India.
