Scheduled to take off on 2 April 2024, IndiGo will operate thrice weekly flights between Chandigarh and Dharamshala, departing on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Flight 6E 7516 will depart from Chandigarh at 12:45, arriving in Dharamshala at 13:50. The return flight, 6E 7517, is scheduled to depart from Dharamshala at 14:10 and arrive in Chandigarh at 15:15. Vinay Malhotra, Head of Global Sales at IndiGo, emphasized that the direct flights between Chandigarh and Dharamshala will significantly reduce travel time and enhance accessibility for travelers from Dharamshala to key national and international destinations via Chandigarh.
