Set against the magnificent backdrop of Hindola Mahal (Jahaz Mahal premises), a spectacular sound and light show will unfold the 1400-year-old history of the historic Mandu region in Madhya Pradesh.
Beginning with the Parmar rulers to the Sultanate period, the dramatic pictorial rendition will offer insights into the rich past of Mandu when it was popularly known as “City of Joy”. The show also narrates the beautiful love story of Rani Roopmati and Baz Bahadur, a story that is one of those romantic sagas of history that is filled with emotion and beauty yet it ends with tragedy and separation.
The narration takes one through the many exciting tales of the city and Hindola Mahal comes alive every evening.
